I would just do the darkness but then Iāve no idea what Iām doing either
I figure it would help with the drying process
Obviously you donāt want it to dry too quickly, so I could be totally off base
I doubt that it would be an Earth shattering mistake to pick wrong, but after all youāve been through with this grow, might as well get it right here at the end
Iām conclusion, I have been of no help on this subject

Yes you have been of help, Iāve always said I would like everyoneās opinion so I can figure out what is right for me, plus you have been wonderfully supportive. Thatās a lot. I appreciate it. I talk to text and it sucks what it says sometimes. My first encounter was sending a text to someone who paid vet bills for my dog, I texted 'Jude needs medication. It turned out I sent āJude needs magic condomsā. Dog was fixed, didnāt need condoms, and we didnāt want any puppies so no use for the magic. But I thought it was funny

You beat me to it Debbie, i gotta do the same with Gary unless I change my mind and do selective harvest which I might just do as top buds are good but some lower ones need more time or they go in the āmake into edibles binā
Iām concerned about making edibles though as it sounds like the process stinks up the place (decarb ) and I live in apartments

Google how to decarb in a mason jar. It cuts down on the smell. But I donāt have the steps handy right nowā¦

My whole apartment and my entire floor smells like weed. Itās just delicious. As long as no one complains I donāt care

Thatās where I wasā¦. Yesterday till someone (girlfriend)complained
My girlfriend said as much as she also loves the smell, it was making her paranoid every time she opened the front door
So I installed the carbon filter and poof, smell is gone

I have a carbon filter but itās doing 2 tents and I open them up. I donāt care if someone complains but really there is only 3 apts on the floor and 1 girl gets high too, the other one hardly ever leaves her apt so and she never said anything like it bothers her
Iām surrounded by cool people but that doesnāt make my girlfriend feel secure
I canāt blame her, one complaint could get us in trouble so happy girlfriend =not a pain in the ass argument

You can decarb with a method called sous vide no smell google it

I donāt water before the 48 hours of dark, they donāt really need to drink in the dark anyway and better to keep humidity low.
