Just got homeamd tool the pic…you’ll need to zoom in to each one. The three squares without anything don’t have any seeds at all in them. The top 3 are all Bubba Island Kush fems. Freebies from shopping in Amsterdam.
2 Pineapple Express Autos, 2 Girl Scout Cookie Autos, a Vanilla Latte from Humboldt Seed Co which with half of the other autos I’m running with Mondo 90. I’m part of a test program.
The pair of seeds in the tray are there for 3 days now and they are starting to show a tail.
These are Gas Reaper freebies that came with the Mondo test pack along with the Vanilla Latte. Hopefully they’ll pop soon but sometimes they just don’t pop.
I put the seeds in a shot glass with 5% H2O2 and 95% water. I let it sit in the dark in a warm spot and use warm tap water with the H2O2. I’ll let it sit for exactly 24 hours and then put it onto the paper towel in the tray with another paper towel over it. I also added a little bit of FulHumix to the water.
They say it helps Crack em and so far all have on this drop. Still hoping for the Hellbender’s from Gas Reaper will sprout a root.
Anyway when the root gets about a 3/8"- 1/2" long tail, it went into the cups with about a half inch down. I DONT CARE WHICH WAY IT FALLS IN…there’s only one way up and if it’s a viable seed, it’ll figure it out. I want strong seed!!!..Sometimes the shell gets stuck…sometimes it pops off sometimes I help and break it. I leave it and say if it’s strong it’ll pop it off . If it doesn’t than it just want a viable Seed in my book…in a week I will put them in their permanent homes. 3 and 5 gallon bags. 3 or 4 nodes is enough for me in the cups. I don’t want the root to hit a wall and start spinning so young.
Also less water means less water.

I see few ambers on Clara. There are some ambers, but they are on the leaves which turn first. You wanna look at the trichomes on the buds. I’m so happy to see your grow flourish out! Next time will be even better!

Very minimal in amber starting give it a few more days check again. It’s getting close so within days now or a week should be sufficient and I’d say yes on 48 dark. Helps a ton that I’ve noticed from first grow. More tricks better taste smells all around better product. Well worth the 2 days

What about the pics from post 1293? That is Sprout, I can’t see it. Just a couple tiny spots is all I could see

I’d say Clara a week and sprout any time you want, but if you want a lot of amber(couch lock) a few days on Sprout too
I will be doing 48 hours of dark, not from experience but if its supposed to help with smoothness I can wait 2extra days

@Jaydawg6528 I have been patient, and I have waited a really long time, but I’m smoking up all my samples, and am ready to wait until they are ready. So, my current plan is to wait 2 days and take another pic, but probably will turn lights out on Sprout at that point. They don’t have to be together.
Big ??? is when it’s dark and/or the day before whether to water or not.?

Based on time alone. I know they’re done. I’m on my 3rd in same tent since you started. To be fair. A lot of us said to just start over. Glad you saw it through though. Sure you learned magnitudes of information

But water before or not to water? That is a question
If she’s been on water a couple few days I would not water before dark as it will help on the dry process. All dark does it start conversions and build up all the good stuff on the plant along with taking all the nutes in plant and setting all the nutes to the root ball. Make for a cleaner tasting smoke

I would normally water tonight. Should I not water considering that it will be dark and maybe I would end up w/root rot or something bad. Or I don’t water and it’s crispy.

I myself would not water them before the blackout. That will keep alot of hi Yi midi to y in the tent that u don’t want. Dryer the better as Its getting cut down so Dry roots wont hurt anything lol.
