This is our passion not just a business !
Well Iāll tell you Iām hooked. I just need to listen more and shut up sometimes. I havnt done like a lot of research Iām more of a hands on type of learner books arenāt my thing I also have a hard time reading because I usually mostly never have my glasses. I think for my next one Iām dropping these seeds I got from this first plant and do 2 in RDWC and 4!in soil or coco
I like to read. In the grow bible it says a good seed has like a stripe down it. I just read this a week ago I can go look it up for you, but you can also just see if it roots.
When a group of tourists visited a crocodile farm, the owner of the place launched a bold proposal;
- Whoever dares to jump, swim to the coast and survive, Iāll give you $ 1 million.
No one dared to move, suddenly, a man jumped into the water and desperately swam to the shore while being chased by all the crocodiles.
With enormous luck came, taking everyoneās admiration at the scene, then the owner announced;
- We have a brave winner.
After collecting his reward, the couple returned to the hotel, upon arrival, the manager told him; he was very brave to jump, then the man said;
- I didnāt jump, someone pushed me!
His wife smiledā¦
Moral: ā²ā² Behind every successful man, thereās a woman who pushes him "ā¦
@DebbieM , I got exactly what you been looking for my love . I went on a 3 day research to find that thing that would be the most simplest way of feeding plants
, and I got you covered my dear friend .
One nutrient fertilizer from seed to harvest and only one flush needed , this is by far the easiest it going to get for you DebbieM @Calizona @JamJam @OldGypsy @patchman @Myfriendis410 @Dman1969 breakthrough technology side by side comparison to Advance Sensi A&B plus all added nukes in advance simple but 16 bottle system is now been simplified to one nutrient fertilizer!
Jaydawg6528-
Debbie was on point with what she said. If you have any seeds that you have bought. I bet you that most look like that seed on the right. The mature seeds will usually be darker, like brown or olive dark green. I am not saying donāt plant those two light colored seeds. But I would mark which one was the brown seed. It will likely grow good. Who knows, maybe those other two will too. Doesnāt hurt to try, and if you succeed, mo buddage for Jaydawg!!! Good luck!! Peaceā¦
@patchman @Jaydawg6528 which way is best to pop beans , ph water soak them in a humid dark warm spot , are in between a paper towel on a zip lock wet with ph water in a dark warm spot , ? I guess Iāll have to soak these 5 I have Iām trying to get to pop , but itās been summer, spring , winter , the last 3 days itās hard to get a consistent temperature spot , cause these climate scientust with all this climate spraying is jacking everything natural timing or seasonal up to a highly dysfunctional process of operation. But since I ve had them in the paper towel for 3 days now , I guess Iāll soak them for 3 days and see if they will pop , are itās just not from good seed sources , which many of these was gifted , but I did order 2 auto-flower mix packs from the seed shop last night so I can run a few autos in between my photo periods , to kind of a quick stash stock .
I do both, soak in h202 in warm spot for 24hrs then wet paper towel baggie for the next 24hrs then in the dirt. 100% germ thus far
Iāve only done the paper towel
@Kinglouida13th Hi! So, Iām thinking about starting seeds next week, and I looked up the strain, but Iām curious what you do. And that coco, do I put nutes in it right away? You got any tips? Other than whatās on the bag? Thanks, itās exciting in a way
Yeah @DebbieM itās crazy cuz I almost sent you the ONE PART nutrient bottle I have as a surprise but was worried it would spill all over, I have ¾ of a bottle of TPS ONE itās a great line if nutrients but itās the one part version that is one nutes from seed to harvest, 8f I can get it to you I will
@yoshi What exactly are you trying to tell me? Made me laugh, thanks
@abouttime @Jaydawg6528 @HappyHydroGrower @CalamityJane @patchman @Covertgrower @Hellraiser @Budz @yoshi @kaptain3d Last look at the girls. Fed full strength today and turning the lights off for the 2 days tonight, probably going with lights on at night per abouttimeās suggestion regarding heat. Iām putting up pics from a week ago also to compare. But thereās no preview so Iām just guessing, they might be pics of the same plant
5/13/21 Clara They look pretty much the same to me, what happened to all the pruning I did? You prune and it comes back in the morning like those horror films where they kill the bad guy and then thereās a sequel, or 12.

Ok, fairly sure that I have the right name and date on these now.
How much space do I have?
Itās like starting a new adventure, actually 2. The flower stage is gonna be like whole different plants, water and feed different, light and I have 2 lights in there now
And then Iām starting some seeds after I turn on the lights, so that will be another new thing for me, all this reading and I have decided to go with both water and paper towel method. First I shall soak them for 24 to 48 hours and then Iām putting them in paper towel, unless I change my mind and put them directly in the soil. Iām so excited!
Debbie-
I can definitely tell a difference in a weekās time on those two. If someone would see them for the first time now, they would never know those two had a hiccup not too long ago. They look great, and I knew youād bring them back. I am very happy for you. So flip the script and bring those two on home!! Peaceā¦
Yoshi-
Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. To answer your question, I use the paper towel method most of the time. I did soak the blueberry seed that is weeks from harvesting. I saw a great idea that I may try. Someone on the forum does the wet paper towel method with a twist. He moisten the paper towel like normal, only he puts the seed on top of the towel. Then he puts the paper towels and seed in a clear glass. This way the seed is more or less trapped on the side of the glass surrounded by the wet p towel. This way you can check on the seed for a tail without having to unfold everything. No tail, back in the dark it goes. Just make sure to keep it moist. I am gonna try this method very soon on my next grow. You have already planted by now I bet, sorry for my tardy reply. Got some people I am taking care of. Good luck!! Peaceā¦
Debbie I gotta say looking so good. When are you flipping I read it recently but donāt no weāre getting excited for you. I found 2!more seeds so 5 total that one brownish greenish one looks promising I think just waiting still for the other 3 to finish. The bud in the jars smell is coming back. I have good feelings from the little Iāve sampled itās going to be decent. And the edibles are delicious. Kinda heavy weed taste but good and sticky. Omg I gotta go get one hold on. Alright alright I vacuum sealed some and have a little away. DEBB be expecting next week
Oh wow! Thanks, really. I donāt mean to be greedy but can you wrap me up a couple little squares of your marshmallow treats?, the cinnamon side, not the one side with the round ones. If you ate them all I will understand. So far, I have never had an edible that I got high on, so it might be a wash, but Iād like to try them if you have enough.
Also, would you like my oatmeal choc chip with butter roasted pecans recipe? They are so very good and slightly healthy with the oatmeal and the pecans. The dough is very thick and hard to stir, but the cookies are worth it.
Also wanted to mention that if itās mature on the top but not the bottom you can harvest what is ready and wait on the rest until it is ready too. I read a lot this is not from personal experience as I havenāt had a harvest yet. But, things are looking up. One more thing, you were so worried about the hermie situation and look all you found was 5 seeds so far, thatās not a lot. What strains were they? Or were they both the same? I think you did GG first, what was the other one? If itās different, you are now a breeder!!!
That @abouttime is a freaking miracle worker, I canāt even begin to thank him for all his patience and instructions and encouragement. And @patchman for being so freaking positive and complimentary all the time, and knowing who knows how to help when he didnāt know (he got me all those wonderful people) also @yoshi for being a never ending source of weird ways of weed and all the laughs. Plus many others for advice and just plain fun. I really love all of you, My friends Iāll never meet.
It would be really cool to one day all meet in person like you were saying awhile back like a big BBQ smoke out every body brings what they grew and we all get to try what whe hAve been seeing on our phones. Anyways yes they were supposed to be 2 GG and 2 French toast but they both look the same to me. And yes I read that tio about taking the ready buds Iāve also been putting a little aloe Vera on the cuts because some of those stems are good size and thatās a big wound to be exposed.Yes most definitely please on the recipe and thank youš
@DebbieM, wow! They look great. So, IMHO and its only MHOā¦
You have some options, none of which include you popping more seeds at this time. I say this because of how difficult itās been for you to manage watering and such on these and remembering what to do and when, and all of the things that led you to this place in the first place.
Again Iām just sayinā, IMHO, letās finish these first to almost completion and then start your new beans. This way while your harvesting and drying, you can bring in two new girls into this world with all the knowledge necessary to grow them up and make big fat colas and then kill emā at harvest.
Attention to details in flowering, were you have a 2 month window to make fruit and not fuck up. Because they will not recover like in veg and you will have wasted 6 to 7 months of time.
It could be very discouraging to then have that kind of failure, and it could lead you back to the dispensary line because you think itās too much workā¦which it is!!
I have given out clones to friends who thought if I could do it, they could easily do it. THEY KILLED ALMOST ALL OF THEM!!!
And the truth is, they could have, if they gave a shit like I do and many of the great people on here, who have dedicated thier time in making the best medicine for themselves.
Now, looking at those two beautiful girls you now have, and considering what you put them thru, they are small! At least one of them is. If you have a second tent, take the smaller one and put her there and continue to let her grow another couple of weeks to get her a little bigger and flip her.
The larger one can be flipped immediately after you set her up with the net over her and spread her out a bit to start filling in the corners of the tent.
As she stretches into flower over the next 21 days you will be able to do just that. Doing this will double whatever harvest you would get doing both now in the same tent. Also, the yield will suffer on both with them competing for light space and too much foliage will lead to poor air circulation around the colas and the possibilities of WPM (white powdery mildew) is greatly enhanced.
Letās also talk you down from the afraid to flower treeā¦flipping to flower may seem like a great mysterious event to you, but itās not. Turning off the lights for 48 hrs just gives the plants an added jolt to know its time to START, transition. Your not going to turn the light back on 2 days later and see anything really change. It takes about 2 weeks for flowers to appear as little tiny buttons. After 21 days, you will then have a good idea of what sites will be productive and what wonāt and you will then perform a good bit of pruning to enhance the tops by sacrificing the bottom half of the plant. Its alot of work my dear, that takes a person with heartless scissor to do effectively and without hesitation at the 21 day interval.
You can also do thisā¦put a net on one and no net on the other and just grow it, naturally in all it glory so you can see for your self what a trained plant and untrained plant do as far a manageability, yield, and light height constraints we tent growers have to deal with.
Also IMHO, you are doing a great job nursing these girls back to health. They are absolutely different plants from 6 weeks ago if you compare your own pics from your first post to this post.
Congrats and Goodluck deciding on your next moves.
Have a great weekend!
