Solo cup or straight to the 5 gal bucket

Very nice! The ladies all green and happy looking. Wet dat soil :joy::joy:

, basically first nutritions yesterday

Excellent low stress training. Tbh id probably pull that big fan. She will eventually start another ‘top’ but if u pull her now, the side shoots will stretch harder. Just a suggestion tho. Ur killing it

With autos I find it the best to plant the seed directly in the bucket you will harvest it in. I’ve done all types of germination with autos and it seems the best results are to simply plant the seed directly in the medium and water with regular water ph 6.0 -7.0 … depending on the the strain of auto you could be flowering before getting it out of the solo cup and you don’t want to stress autos out especially when they begin to show signs of flowering indoor grow a 3 gallon pot will be okay outside of up it to. a 5 again depends on the strain if they are a compact strain a 3 gallon is more than enoigh

For most that is a solid plan although I do beg to differ that germinating in jiffy pucks in a jiffy starter gives much better germination success and a stronger first start.

Welcome to ILGM Will.

I soaked 4 more seeds starting Sunday morning for 24 hours, then put straight to 5 gal fabric pot, 3 sprouted already by Wednesday morning, hopefully by the time i get home from work today the 4th will have sprouted

I snapped the stem under the top node this morning, taped her up, hoping for the best. "He gonna cry in the car "

She’ll be fine I hope you used plant tape regular tape will Strangle the stem as it grows if you don’t have plant tape the next best is electrical tape because it can stretch or plumbers Teflon tape would work well too. If you didn’t use these don’t change it until it’s partially healed you don’t want to go back in there and start pulling off tape with the stem still fractured

I used masking tape, its all i had at the moment, i freaked out and grabbed the the first thing that came to mind. She is starting to look good and seems to be coming back nicely. How long do think she needs to heal before pulling the tape

this was Friday evening

I start mine in a peat rapid rooter. Then plant that into a five gallon cloth pot. Planted one into a 3 gallon pot and she became root bound. I am currently growing White Widow Auto.

just started lst on my youngins hopefully not to early, just about 3 weeks old

Perfect time to start. If u bend them, they will grow
