So finally making some headway with second grow. After my sprout started dying in ff lightwarrior without any added nutes. It was 2 inches tall for like a month! No over or under watering. Good lighting. Now have my first “5” leaves. Still really small but starting to take off. Put it in ffoc
I switched to bergmans nutes. I figure they have great seeds so that may also know what they need. Plus they seem easier.
But the question is a bit more general. I keep coming across products that promise to change your life. Root enhancers soil enhancers. Microbes blah blah blah. Do any of you guys/gals use any of this on a healthy plant in addition to your normal nutrient schedule?

FF Ocean Forest soil is good for 4-6 weeks with pH’ed water only. It’s hot stuff. When growing in FF, using their nutes, there is a few flushes incorporated in the schedule. I highly recommend following them.
Microbes are a good addition. Fish Sh!t, Tribus, Recharge, lots of other brands. Microbes break the nutrients down further and then more readily available for the roots, therefore more nutrient uptake.
Fungal inoculants, such as Xtreme Mykos, or Dynomyco, are added to the soil and rootballs during planting and transplanting. These create a symbiotic relationship with the roots and accelerate their growth.
If you maintain a steady feeding regimen, keep your pH and ppm’s in line, and adjust veg/flower nutes if need to accommodate for the plants needs, than loading up on tons of extra stuff like flower boosters and things like that isn’t really necessary. Of course lights/temps are important as well, with light being the #1 thing they need.
Also, using a bunch of extra things, when using the FF nutes, is a waste. With the flushes they call for, it basically washes everything out, and there are some amendments that need a little time to do their thing.
I grow in coco and feed with Jack’s A&B. I use Dynomyco when I plant/transplant and Fish Sh!t every time I feed (in coco it’s (almost) daily)). That’s it. I maaaay get frisky during flower

I noticed the Bergman’s nutes after that long winded reply lol. I don’t think you’ll need anything extra with those. As far as the flush stuff mentioned, I guess the more ya know lol. I’m not familiar with Bergman’s. There are others here that have used them, but I can’t remember who. Sorry, hope some of this helped!

So you use dynomyco and fish sh!t in addition to your normal nutrient regime?
Microbes and root enhancers are a must for me. Extra money stinks to spend but get it back when you harvest a good 20% more bc of. Any nute line will work if cannabis friendly and used correctly.

Absolutely. I start in solo cups, and put about a tablespoon of Dynomyco midway in the cup and mix it a little, fill with coco, and then put a small teaspoon mixed in the hole when I plant. Then at transplant, I coat the rootball and put a couple tablespoons in the hole and in the coco. It has to come in direct contact with the roots as it is a fungal inoculant. Fungi are amazing in that the roots can communicate what they need. The microbes help make all of the needed nutrients more readily available. I use about 3-4ml of Fish Sh!t per gallon of mixed Jack’s every time I feed.

Got some dynomyco on the way! As a newer grower it’s often hard to read through all the product hype! I imagine that if I followed the hype I’d wind up with a chemical reaction of biblical proportions 
I just want to not kill my plant. I need to look at fishsh!t a bit harder.

I have foxfarm microbe brew. Would that be a rough equivalent to FishSh!t?

Fish shit is hella expensive and I personally didn’t see any noticeable results. A nice home brewed tea would benefit you much more than a trip to fish head farms. Just sayin….

Looking at that micro brew I would rather use that than Fish Shit. But, I would still make my own organic tea mixture with worm castings, molasses, bio-live ect.

I grow in Coco, Jacks is the base nutrient in addition I use Mr Fulvic, TPS Billions, Recharge, RAW Silica. In flower I’ll add Humic Fulvic Acid(1-0-19) and RAW Cane Molasses to the mix. From time to time I’ll give them a shot of Cali Magic.
