Here is another one that I found online by chef Lauri Wolf. Love this one and use it often. Since I"m the only one that eats my edibles I don’t want a huge batch or they would either go stale or I would weigh 400 lbs.
Makes (15) 3 inch cookies but I make mine a little bigger as it’s easier to fit 12 on a cookie sheet.
1 cup peanut butter
4 tablespoons canna-butter softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flower
Pinch of salt
Heat oven to 340 degrees F
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until smooth. - I use a mixer
Divide the dough in 15 (or 12) balls and press them down on sheet covered with parchment
Bake until set and until the edges show the slightest bit of color - about 8-12 minutes (I like mine more brown and crunchy so I do 14-16 minutes). Allow to cool for 15 minutes. Cookies will get firm during the cooling process. Enjoy!
