This is my own recipe I cooked up to get a perfect dosage (for myself) in a simple, yet powerful little cookie. I eat these every single day!
Really the only difference is that I’m making canna-butter at the same time I’m making the cookies, which saves time and infuses all the THC into the butter rather than just heating raw weed on top of a fat. They also taste better because the weed is strained out.
Ingredients:
1 stick of unsalted butter (8 tbsp.), or coconut oil
1 box of Keebler Toasteds Crackers, or similar
1/2 cup of Nutella, or peanut butter
1 Tablespoon of de-carboxylated* and finely ground herb (3 teaspoons)
Method:
In a small pot, melt one stick of butter (or coconut oil) on low heat.
Slowly add the herb to the melted butter and stir occasionally for at least 1 hour. DO NOT BOIL! Keep heat just high enough to allow a slow simmer. There should be a little movement with small bubbles on the surface.
Using a metal strainer, strain the herb from the butter in a measuring cup. There should be 1/2 cup of strained canna-butter (or oil). While the butter or oil is still warm, add 1/2 cup of Nutella to make a full cup of spread. Mix thoroughly.
Let the mixture set for at least 1 hour in refrigerator.
Once the mixture has set up, spread a heaping teaspoon onto a cracker and set another cracker on top to make a sandwich cookie.
Keep refrigerated for up to 6 weeks, or freeze for up to 6 months.
*De-carboxylating herb:
Spread broken up buds on a sheet pan and heat to 230°. Heat for 30 minutes. Do not allow to go over 250°.
Let cool and grind buds finely.
I usually make much more than this at a time, but I think it’s nice to have the small measures to start, and then just double it if you want. It’s just easier for people. I also use a Mighty Fast Infuser, so I don’t stand over a simmering pot all day. I love my infuser.
What exactly is “sugar leaf”? Is that leaves, or a strain? Sorry, is that a stupid question? Anyway, I always use bud for my canna-butter, but only because I want medicinal grade.
Honestly, it took a lot of trial and error to get this dosage, one time I even got too high 'cause I used way too much weed! LOL! I was high for days!

But yes Sugar Leaf is the trim that’s left over from triming your flowers… I’ve never felt the need to use flowers just because the butter that I already make is so potent…
Next time you want a lite little snack add 1/3 of a cup of canna butter to a 1/4 of a cup of pop corn kernels and cook it up old school in a pot on the stove , add some seasoning of your desire and pop away… now be careful because if your cannabutter is anything like my cannabutter and I bet that it is… it’s hard to stop eating and like with any edible you can over do it…

for me, it’s a two stage process, the butter one day, I grind 3/4 of an oz of airy buds, decarboxylate then simmer in water and two sticks of butter for five hours, then allow to separate overnight…my cookies the next day
my recipe works for me but it isn’t a social recipe, it helps me sleep.
when I did share, I watched my friends literally melt in front of me, no one was standing after about two hours.
Yes, that’s what I do for any ‘extra’ treats. These I make in bulk, so I always have them on hand. I suppose these are my new pills!
Also, I live in an apartment building, and I happen to be on lobby level, so I can’t go stinking up the whole place! LOL!!!
But wait, there’s more… My building happens to be owned by a group of NUNS… and they live in the building!!! LMAO!!! So I need to be discrete. My kitchen is too close to the front door, but sometimes I do bake in a toaster oven in my master bedroom!!! LOL! It’s for all things party.
Oh this is awesome I have a couple of recipes that I can add into here. Ones a brownie recipe an the other is a caramel recipe. Just have to find the paper their on an will post on here.
Cannabutter
1 pound (2 cups) salted butter (salted butter has a higher heat tollerance)
1 ounce cannabis buds, finely ground Makes 2 cups
Melt butter on low heat in a double boiler or slow cooker. Add the ground buds and simmer on low heat (125F - 145F) for at least 1 hour, string frequently. Cool then strain the plant matter very well by squeezing out every drop possible into a glass dish with a tight fitting lid. Let cool until set.
Canna Brownies use Cannabutter you just made
Preheat oven to 325F
Grease an 8" square cake pan Stir or sift together
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup granulated white or raw sugar Then Add
1/2 cup Canna tter
2 tbsp regular butter
2 eggs
3 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla
Beat until smooth Optional : Stir in 1/2 cup chopped nuts of your choice Pour mixture into greased pan. Bake in preheated 325F oven for 25 - 30 min. Or until brownies pull away from sides of pan. Cool and then cut into 16 squares.
The caramel recipe that I have also requires you to make some Canna Glycerine. If you would like the caramel an glycerine recipe just let me know an I’ll do it all up on my computer on here. Kinda hard to type it all on the phone. These 2 were enough for now. Also phones gonna die soon.
