All my seeds popped think I should just plant them or keep em soaking for a day more any suggestions help!!

Usually if the pop atleast a quarter inch or so yes go head. Some do it sooner it just takes a bit longer to break ground then thats all.

Plant them! wait to long they may turn to mush

Once hatched, place in folded paper towel…moist NOT SOPPING WET until the tap root has grown 1/4" + …then move to clear plastic cup with drain holes. Place another over the baby for humidity dome. Once roots are showing inside the cup, transplant to final home. 5 gallon plus would be best.
