Dose the odd colored seedlings look like it will grow or should I just reseed this pot? The other plant is the same seed type ILGM RUNTZ AUTOFLOWER It 2 days younger but looks normal.

First one looks like it’s a little bit different.
Autos can grow in a unique way, give it a week or two and see. Sometimes the weird ones surprise you.
Would definitely start another if there is any signs of early flowering.

I would wait to judge it until it sets up a couple more leafs. More seedlings than not, auto or photo, do wonky things as seedlings. They usually recover and get growing the right way.
Make sure it is not too wet. The other one looks great. But the seed in question is looking like seedlings that got too wet. It’s not fatal until mold grows into the stem and kills it. Usually by the seedling falling over like a fallen timber tree. That is damping off. It also could be just wonky, but if it were mine I would check I didn’t wet it too much.
