Big problem with seedling

so on friday morning i watered with 750ml and i think thats why its like that, i also added 2ml of 1-3-4 fertilizer since i hadnt any nitrogen only fertilizer. the same day at night i found it with the leaves down and the day after its tips have became like this. this photo is from today

should i continue or is it better to buy a new seed and start from the beginning

I don’t know if it will recover. If it’s an auto you might want to start over.

Overwatering and over feeding. Seedlings should be started in a nutrient free medium like straight coco. No supplements until the cotyledons yellow (the first two round leaves). They contain all the plant needs for the first two or three weeks.

Watering should be measured in teaspoons. A dome over the seedling is beneficial until a taproot forms. Plant will derive all of it’s moisture from the air until that happens.

I would also recommend starting in some thing like a solo cup. Add some perlite to your medium in the final home for drainage and make sure there is plenty of drainage for the container also. Roots need oxygen and a way to breathe.

If youre hard up for seeds you could save it but youll spend a lot of time fixing it and youll probably loose a lot of growth due to stunting. Imo i would start over. Especially if its an autoflower.

She got ripped out as a seedling and chewed on by my cat believe it or not. Only had 2 nodes at the time. So it is possible but youll loose weeks of time, energy, electicity, nutes, etc.

Increase the lighting period to 20 hours a day for a few days to a week to help the seedling use more water. That might help dry the potting mix out a bit quicker. Then reduce it to 16 hours of light per day.

Have lots of airflow around it to help dry things out a bit.

Make sure you have equal parts red and blue light and if possible set the light so it’s at a 6500K rating. The colour of the light should look white not red or purple.

so it has been around 5 days and i see that it got back to track, i bought a new seed however i am going to save it for now and

use it on the next grow, the leaves have turned back up and a new set is growing

Right on man. Glad to see her bounce back. These plants want to live so they do everything in their power to fight the good fight.

I dont think you mentioned it but is it a photoperiod or autoflower?

its an auto, i know that i have lost a lot of its growth but it was already behind schedule by a lot. I did many mistakes with this plant for example I used medium from a river (for real i went to a river which is next to me and picked some dirt which looked good to me) i never controlled humidity and i believe that its was around 50 - 40% for its whole life (until now) and now i overwatered. This plant was growing so slowly for an auto (this is a 3 week plant and it was supposed to be ready to harvest by the 60th day). But now i took it seriously, i have the proper nutrients, proper airflow and i keep it at 65% and 22 degrees.

Definitely wont get much from it im sorry to say… if it was a photo you could have just extended the veg cyxle to make up for it. I’d probably start up some more seeds in the meanwhile just so youre not using all that light for not much production. If they ocergrow thag one prop it up on a milk crate or something. Thats what i did when my indicas got shaded by my sativas.

Keep me updated on how your survivor is doing ever week if you dont mind.

Looking a lot better man. Cant wait to see the outcome of what is to be.

Thanks for the update. Been wondering how things have been going honestly. Lol. Just been busy getting ready for the first born to pop in and check on things.

so another week later

i am trying to lst the plant however i think i messed it up, also i am seeing these spots on some of the leaves. Idk why, I am feeding it with advanced nutrients (grow and micro). Also the ppfd is around 350. Looking to grow it as much as i can before going to flowering stage hope i can harvest it before christmas but i am not sure

Not too much of an issue on the leaf markings since it seems to just be the one leaf. Sometimes it happens for different reasons. But as long as its not a repeating issue or multiples i wouldnt worry too much.

Shes coming along well gor the major stunting it had in the beginning.

you know i am worried because i am going to be absent by 24th of december for 2 weeks and i belive that it wont be ready for harvest by then, idk tho. I started it on 25th of octomber and it was supposed to be done by mid december (7 weeks). I know that because of the stress it will be delayed but i am not sure

Give her some water and soak her good, turn your lights down to 18/6 and let he go, I bet she will be fine without water for 2 weeks.

Auto flowers rarely if EVER flower in the advertised time frame…… almost always longer then they say…

Sorry so late but looks like some nutrients or something splashed on that leaf.
Have you seen anymore spots.
I don’t see where you messed up lst.

It looks like overwatering and the fertilizer mix may be stressing your plant. 750ml might have been too much water, and the 1-3-4 fertilizer could be causing issues with the tips curling. Try watering less and using a more balanced fertilizer. Give it some time, and watch the new growth for signs of recovery.

its the slow growth for the lst, branches barely can extend enough, generaly this plant isnt growing as it should be. Maybe its genetics? maybe because i didnt know about environment or soil in the begining? idk but right now i see important growth only on the main branch
