Hello growmies!!!
Here are a set of seeds i took out of some bud from Mexico i take it they probably are Acapulco Gold or sum…cant tell their strain! so one of the seed had started to seedling while inside the napkin I planted it with some leaves out and a little root tale, the other one had a long tale and was responding greatly but the seed shell was wrapped around the leaves when it sprout it and make them look weird, the shell finally came off but the leaf was curl and yellowish, the other leaf was pretty and green which now its tip has started to turn yellowish I’ve water just by feeling the dirt but i stop few days ago as in anothe post someone recommended to not water so much, lats time i water was 3 days ago. The medium they are in is a mox ive seen online 40% soil,4
You did just fine, imo, and I would have said the same things.
The soil seems too hot for the seedling… just my opinion here… but that would explain the browning of the cotelydons. Either that or they were watered too much. For the first few days after sprouting, they barely need any water. Just a few spray from a water bottle is usually enough…
She seems to have fimmed herself straught outta the shoot. I woukd cover with a humidity dome and not water the soil. Keep the dome sprayed and keep your temps around 80 if possible. Seedling get their moisture from the air not the soil. Let your soil dry and your roots build…
Thanks for the tag @kaptain3d. I think everyone has you covered @D1hunned. Find a grower here that grows the way that you want to grow and do what they are doing. There are many ways to successfully grow cannabis.
What’s growing in those pots? Is that grass? Did it seed itself from the yard, or is that cut green manure? If it is green manure I might suggest next time keeping it under the soil line. If those are possible alive grass sprouts those will definitely choke out seedlings. Tweezers and a bowl smoke and pull em out if they are alive…?
