What is scrog style and sog ?
Sea of green or sog uses a lot of small plants focusing on a single cola. Screen of green, or scrog, uses a small number of plants, maximizing the canopy of each plant by spreading branches to make bud sites all receive the same amount of light.
For the Scrog, the idea is to have your canopy growing horizontal, so that instead of the fewer large colas, you have a multitude of smaller buds, all getting equal light
