These are two Girl Scout cookie plants, planted about 4 weeks ago. One seems to be flowering, the other still in beginning stage of growth. Seems a bit stange to me. Any thoughts ?

We see this question more than any other.
Seeds will produce plants with differing qualities even if from the same parent. Could be side by side seeds from the parent plant and look different just like me and by brother look different.
Cannabis is just that way.
