Reducing lamp output for reduced heat

Hello, I use a Lumatek Attis 200w which has 5 levels: 20-40-60-80 and 100% output. I always used the full output.

My plants are 2 weeks old (since i planted seeds), and I use a humidifier. It runs out of water every 48 hours. I’m going away for a week and its quite dry here now (northern Europe).

My question: Can I use 40% output and just lower the lights from 1m to 20 cm above plants? That should make the humidifier last way longer, since the heat output from the lamp should go down aswell.

Cheers

We can help you but we will need information. please fill out a service ticket and answer all the questions.

A lot of guys will post the questions for the information we need but my phone sucks for cut and paste.

go to the main forum page and under Grow Support look under the FAQ and cut and paste the questions.

Yes you can Grow Bro, a meter or the phone App called PHOTONE would get you dialed in for the different growth stages without guessing the correct PPFD/DLI. 25-30 CM might be ideal?? :love_you_gesture:
