Ready or not these ladies from Hawaii want to be harvested

Hopefully someone will see these and give me some advice about how to tell if my Maui wowie is ready for harvest

How many weeks has the plant been flowering? How about pics of the whole plant? Do you have a cheap USB microscope with which to look at trichomes?
