Can I ask for your opinion, I’m 9 weeks into flowering Maui. Guide says 10 weeks. But these girls look ready to me. Should I harvest them now? Or give them a week?

They look close.
Are you able to look at trichomes under magnification. 
I reckon you want an 80/20 split ,milky and clear, I like about ten percent amber.

It is the trichomes on your calyx on buds you want to go by.
When the calyxs are swollen and trichomes are 80% milky white 20% clear then you are ready to harvest .
I like some amber in mine,need to get a jewelers loupe or magnifier so you can observe trichomes on the calyxs .
I reckon give it a week more,gives you time to get your magnifier.

I’ll post new pics below. The first pic to me looks like it’s ready, not sure about the other 3 plants.

Pretty close. Depends how you like your high.
Maui wowie is one of my favs. I usually take a cut off a bud, quick dry in the nuke and smoke. If too racy, give it a few days. If good, chop. It will get better as dry and cure.
