Ready for Harvest...?

Just wanted some feedback if y’all thought these were ready to harvest…thanks!

She still putting white pistils. You have a couple of weeks. If you want to know exactly when to harvest, you should look with a jewellery loop or a magnifier also a phone app at the trichomes on the bud sites.

This might help a bit. But still looks like you’ve got some time yet.
And you want to look at the buds themselves. Not the small sugar leaf as it will amber up before the buds are ready.
A 40-60 x loupe is pretty much required to see things clearly enough to determine ripeness.

Thanks - the challenge is that the buds that popped 1st are more mature…and have a higher % of browns pistils and the tri’s are cloudy / brown under the scope. I have one… the issue is that the newer flowers dont have the same %… they have more white pistils and less % of brown tri’s. In other words, you can pull a sample from 1 branch…and it can tell you 1 thing. You can pull a sample from another and it tells you another. So it’s THIS complication I was looking for feedback on… thanks for the quick reply…much obliged.

That bud has brown calyx s, no trichomes have been photographed for an example for us to determine the plants ripeness. So for us, that would be a guess at best. As for mature tops and not so ripe bottom buds, just harvest whats ready and leave the rest alone to ripen on the vine so to speak. Its done all the time. Especially large plants outdoors quite commonly do 2 stage harvests.
