After harvesting my recent grow, I cut down the stalks to about 10" and left 15 or so fan leaves at the bottom. I decided to try re-growing it and put it back in my grow room. It has taken off and is growing quite well. My question is, will this plant (Northern Lights) eventually produce another crop of good flowers or am I wasting my time?

Yes it will produce another harvest… 
If you can keep the plant happy and healthy , you can continue to do this as many times as you would like…

I’ve never tried it but have heard of it and I know that you can harvest the same plant but I don’t know how well it will do. The leaves will probably be smooth instead of the jagged leaves on a regular plant. I’ve seen a plant from a clone taken from a flowering plant and it had smooth leaves They’re kinda funny looking almost like a willow leaf

They will look like normal once they are back into full vegg mode…
