@dbrn32 ok light guru look at the lenofocus light on Amazon it’s 80 but it used smd diodes do u think I should risk it or go with spiderfarmer instead of hlg the sf1000 has a dimable driver that can go up to 136w thoughts?
It looks like spider farmer is larger light.

Well i ended up with the fissioning light. It also uses samsung 301b top bin diodes but has a little better driver the MW 120h that is also dimmable i am going to take it down to the light company at then end of my street and have them turn it up to 125w. The spiderfarmer light has a 100w Mw driver that will max out to 136 so this light might tap out at 150w. I might get a new tent later and go with a 2x4x6 tent to max the amount of light i will have now. This new light with all the others i will have a HLG QB-100 (4k) a Marshydro-sp-150 (Mixed spectrum) and the Fissioning 120w (3k) this should stop any shade response i get using the purple light on the right side.

Someone asked what my ppm was I don’t really check that often but I did today and my meter said I am rocking like 1100 ppm now

The moment you realize you spent 527 dollars in lights and kick yourself for not just rocking a bigger light from the beginning lol. I guess when you ala cart the lights this is what happens lol 149 hlg 139 marshydro 149 fissioning and 90 for a purple light. There goes my balling on a budget lol. All the lights say 3x3 veg and 2x2 flower so I really should get a 2x4 tent I wonder if they have a 3x4 tent that would be awesome.

I’m sure most of us have been here before. I started with a woefully underpowered 300 w blurple that was 300$. Then after the first grow with it switched out to an old school 1000 hps / mh combo. Whole set up was 250$.
No comparison to the quality of flower produced with the 1000. I believe that’s called live and learn. LOL. Have a fantastic day growing.

thanks to the gang on here and knowing that i was going to be at this for a while, i got the lights i wanted right from the beginning. so far most of my “wasted” money has been on nutes that i will probably never use lol.
@Rayofsunshine your plants look fantastic bud, it is good to have that kind of problem(tent filled with pot). i think it will be a good learning experience to see what goes on with them stuffed in. so far i have not had anything that look like yours or @Bogleg but i am going to give the new grow i got going on more veg time to see if i can get 4 ozs per plant on the LSD and banana kush

Yea its a tough lesson to learn but we all got to one way or another. I cheapes out and my yield definitely showed it first round.
Bright side: u sound like u have enough to need a new tent 
then u need more lights… thus the circle continues

ROFL I was just thinking I should get a 2x4x60 tent use it for photos and use this 3x3 for autos lol.
This is week 5 of flower. The back one is on track and should finish in 8 weeks. But the front ones and the back right one are behind like 2 weeks imo they are just starting to stack. Here they are

Isnt it crazy how plants finish when they want too? I got 6 going and its looking like 2 are a whole month ahead of the lagger. And a couple sprinkled weeks apart

@PurpNGold74 that one in back with the big flowers is literally a week younger then her sister. I popped them at the same time originally but I snapped the tap root in transplant so I had to pop another one. So she is a week younger then the others and it’s finishing before the rest of the tent
Yes @monkman it’s full to many plants. Next time I am only growing 2 a pineapple chunk and a sour diesel with heavy training dbl scrog nets and all. I have a whole plan for next season. I am curious now about the two spectrum lights one being 3k and the other being 4k the Mars bar light is both I want to see if I get bigger flowers on the 3k side since it does have more of the red spectrum.

What do I do about this tho this lady in front a bunch of her pistils are starting to turn orange. It’s like she is finishing now

Well when it started I had the hlg qb100 a marshydro sp150 and a 90w purple. The 90 is gone now for the fissioning 120 qb I have plenty of light.

Next question @Bogleg what can I do about this.
All 4 plants are in the same tank but the back right is ahead of everyone else by like a week. What can I do to flush the lady when it’s time since I can’t just do the whole tank at once. Should I just put her in a 5 gallon bucket when she is ready to flush

I get it @kettle I only been growing for a year now and I am also still learning. I had light problems on the right side the 90w ufo purple wasn’t enough light for that side compared to the other lights. It caused what is known as shade avoidense so she really really stretched to get to the white lights. She wanted to get out of the shade hence all the stretching. And then she is producing the oddest little buds I have seen yet in growing.
