Purple stems on some

Hey everyone. Just had a quick question.

My grand daddy purp stems are turning purple but only on 2/5 of them. I tried looking up possible reasoning such as temperature change, genetics, and nutrient deficiency. But the rest of my GDP aren’t turning purple and they’ve been in the same environment as the rest so I don’t think it is genetics or temp. I’m not 100% sure on nutritional deficiency. The only thing I’m thinking that it would be is because it’s pure coco coir compared to the rest that have some seedling soil around the base and roots.

Wanted to check with you guys because you seem to have more expertise than me.

Thanks in advance!

First two pictures are of purplish stem and the last is of a green stem.

Purple stems are normal and nothing to worry about, regardless of what your other plants may be happening to present. Seedlings will not have nute deficiencies. The cotyledon leaves contain what is needed by a seedling.

Your seedlings look great.

Okay thank you. Just wanted to make sure because they haven’t grown much in the past few days compared to the rest of my GDP autos and they’re the only ones with purple stems. Just trying to play it safe and catch any problems sooner rather than later since they are autos. Thank you for easing my concerns!
