Microwave rice bags .5 to .75. Anything more will end up in rot or trich….

I’m 0-2 with these things. Took way more then double and still nothing. Drying the rest now to see what’s left.
you need to eat a good amount of fresh mushrooms to feel it a few grams definitely wo nt get you there. also its better to wait a day or two in between in order to get the full effect @Capt.Cola
