PPMs staying the same

I’m currently running a rdwc system using RO water. I’m in week 5 of flower and the plants are currently drinking about 1-1.5 gallons of water.

Total system is probably around 16 or 17 gallons.

Here’s where I’m confused. I haven’t had to add nutes in a couple weeks. My PPMs has been around 1000, my target is 1200 using jacks 321. I had to add 4 gallons today and my RO had a PPM of 32.

So why is this? My only thought is that when I add that much water to the system it is washing nutrients from the roots that aren’t in the water

The stretch is over at this point and nutrient consumption will decrease, as all the plant is doing at this point is fattening flowers up a bit and ripening flower.
