Ppfd chart for autoflower

Trying to figure out if it’s good to have my ppfd readings the same is this chart

With autos the ppfd is the same. Just watch your plant for growth stages and follow the chart.

Jam at week 5 and it’s flowering do I keep it at 700ppfd ish till done

Id hover around 700 for a week or two then crank it up to around 800
