been reading this conversation, my 2 cents worth: is for autoflowers, 3 gallon pots work fine(in my experience). For example, lets say that you have a well prepared and supportive grow medium containing all nutes etc needed for 3 months, which is the approx grow time for autos. That worked fine for my auto grow last summer. Ive read on another site by a pro’ who says that in general allow 1 gallon of potting media per month of grow time.
Ive got 5 autos going now, outside and all in 3 gal grow bags.
