Photos appearing sideways when I post them

I’m using an iPhone. They are oriented up and down when I post them but they come out sideways when they appear on the forum. I can’t figure out how to adjust them after I posted them

There’s no adjustment. You’ll have to delete and start over. I’ve found this ONLY happens when you choose to “resize” the photo.

Thanks. I did resize them to make the files smaller
