If you were to add microbes to a feed and then pH yes, but not all of them. That’s why you always add microbes after pHing

If you are talking about microbes in soil that you are watering I wouldn’t be concerned.

I use a tiny tiny bit of citrus or the fish stuff brings it down too

Not totally sure but I’ve been taught to ph, then add microbes after

U can get one for organic growing basically its baking soda and lemon juice

It doesn’t hurt. It takes very very little to tank the pH
