pH Down Products

I am in week 6 of flower and my municipal tap water pH has gone up to 8.1, it has been fine until today. The products for pH down available locally is phosphoric Acid. If I use this will it affect my girls or is there a better alternative like unfiltered apple cider vinegar (as I have read on this forum)
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Phosphoric acid is a micronutrient and good for the plant

Lemon juice also works from what I hear. But I’d listen to ^ the pro above me.

You’re looking for citric acid crystals in the canning aisle of most grocery stores. Well, most around here anyway.

Citric acid granules work, too. Lemon juice or vinegar are ok (ascorbic & ascetic acid, respectively).

I think some people use coffee/coffee grounds, too.

I will have you know that’s a (mostly) Cocker Spaniel and all diva. That was right after a bath. I can’t put up pictures still so can’t show you: she’s gorgeous.

Buy some PH down and don’t waist time with home remedies.

PH down works. But for people growing organically and with microbes herds, its kind of shooting urself in the foot before u start the race. The chemicals dont play well at all with microbes.

That’s why I was saying lemon juice, but you need to use a good amount. Coffee grounds can work to change ph too. I used to mix coffee grounds in my soil but, meh

phosphoric acid is PH down, right?

No. Phosphoric Acid is Phosphoric Acid :joy::joy:
