That plant has more than two weeks to go, its still fattening up, its still putting out fresh white hairs. When nearly the hairs have turned brown and receded back into the calyx’s then start checking trichomes with a magnifier of some sort. You want the trichomes to be mostly cloudy with some amber and very little clear.

Most photo period plants grown outside in the Northern hemisphere like in the US will finish in October some around the end of September and some early November. Cannabis usually flowers for 8-12 weeks unless its a strain created to flower faster.

This has only been flowering 34 days it has another 3 to 4 weeks to go.

Grew SC before outside was last plant to finish if i remember end of Oct (was in colorado). Sativias usually have longer flower time… that being said depends on what breeder of seeds you got, and thede are different phenos that will be little different.
When it comes down to it, it will be ready when its ready.. strain profile where you got them might give you XX days to be done. In my experience its almost always week or 2 more to really be done. Use to do mostly indoor, contolled enviro etc.. so knew exact days when flipping etc. Outdoor theres more variable.
Watch her, enjoy, and wait… a little late better than too early imo

I’ve grown three runs of strawberry cough you got at least a month left maybe 6 weeks looks good so far though you should get some really nice sweet smelling buds off of her mine literally smelled like fresh berries not actually quite like strawberries more like a mixed berry smell but honestly it was mouth watering

No way man!!! Those buds are not one week away from being ready. You’re going to sort yourself badly if you harvest them next week. I would not even look at them until three weeks. And then, if you still have white hairs, I would let them go longer. The only way I would harvest those plants early is if you have environmental conditions that are going to destroy them otherwise let them finish. Your weight your flavor and your potency spike in the last two weeks.

It takes some patience but you’ll be rewarded in the end. Weed harvested too early has a tendency to cause paranoia and can make you jittery and give you a headache. Any buzz you do get might only last 10-15 minutes. Those buds are gonna get fatter and denser over the next 4-5 weeks. Like @Kaliguy said
