I was looking at ordering FoxFarm Happy Frog and Ocean Forest and blending those. For nutes I was going to order a trio of BigBloom, GrowBig, and TigerBloom. Are these good for a beginner or do you have any better advice? I will be getting a TDS/pH tester for sure.

I’m not familiar with that brand Grow Bro, I use auto pots, basically the same concept except the auto pot has a 12 gallon and larger res :love_you_gesture:

I use 5 gal autos myself. Don’t use the feed from the bottom method though. Just use them for run off. I love them. Very forgiving if you over water.

@scryptic im not familiar with jacks, but alot of folks use it. Sure you can use it with coast of maine soil. Just remember 5 gal of soil has 30 to 45 days worth of nutes

You can plant directly or transplant directly when youre ready. I would add nutes at day 30. No need to add nutes until then. No need to cook. @scryptic
