Bought mixed pack 10/10/10 gorilla glue/Girl Scout cookies/Bruce bannner.
5- gorilla glue germinated
3- Girl Scout cookies germinated
Everything else didn’t make it.

Wow sorry to hear, that’s not a good percentage at all. A. Lot of. Work down the drain. If you got them from ILGM they are great at standing behind their beans. Good luck never heard of this many fails.

Which method did you use?
I had some issues germinating. It really has been the most difficult stage for me, for all my plants not just weed.
I found, I have had most success using paper towels and a spray bottle. I figured out I was getting them too wet. Now I use just a spray bottle for everything for the first few weeks of life.
Using a clear dome, which I mist with water daily above them has also helped greatly.

Have them in shot glasses. Half the gorilla glue popped right out. The other 3 took about 7 days.
Even took half that didn’t germinate and tried planting and nothing 7 days later.

I’ve also head using hydrogen peroxide 3% solution in a ratio of 32 parts water to 1 part hydrogen peroxide has great results. Haven’t tried it myself though…
What’s you water like? Mine is on the alkaline side so I think I had some issues because of that also
I do mine in a glass if they don’t pop in the dirt they go. Most of the time they pop if not I contact ILGM and they replaced the beans no problem

Have you tried hydrogen peroxide on stubborn seeds? I’ve seen so much academic literature on how well it improves germination success rates but I’m too scared to try

Hmm honestly, the advice I got was soak them for no more than 24hours till they sink. (sometimes they need a tap to sink) then drop them straight into the medium, light spray, put a clear dome over it with water sprayed onto it, give it a little spray on the medium and wait a week, put them under low light. They should pop.
I have not. I usually do straight feminized seeds and have had no problems.

I’ve never tried that method. I know it sucks because when some pop and some don’t it can set you back a few weeks trying to grow a number of plants at one time.
A heating pad will help also
We’ll I checked them out and 1-GSC and 1- BB are up. So that’s 10/30. I have the heat mat.
Put little domes over the rest of the centers see if something changes.
11- seeds in water still not doing anything and
9 - seeds that didn’t do anything, in soil trying to get going that way.
I’m telling you, plant straight into moist soil in a solo cup with a baggie or dome over the top, and keep warm. Works pretty much 100%.
Trying my best to get them going. Saved 5 more. Looks like it will end up 15 no goes.
Today has been 15 days. I’m done with whatever doesn’t come up by tomorrow.
I’ve seen seeds take 30 days to break ground. Just plant in a pot and let it go. Don’t just throw away the seeds. Ofc Unless you like just throwing money?
We’ll I took half the seeds that didn’t open and put into soil and left half that didn’t open in water. The ones that are in water are still not opened and now have cloudy shit showing around them. Which is 11 of them. 4 in the soil stil haven’t came up.
