Older led for seeds how far should it be from seeds

Hey I am new to growing weed made a grow tote for my seeds have this old light how far should i keep it from my seeds thanks info on the light in pics

Maybe start at 16 to 24 inches and lower if you see stretching
Might need to get quite low …like 6 inches. Not a good choice for long term growing.

Thanks ya just starting going to make a grow room and upgrade my lights have it at 10 in now going to stack it on top of a box

I keep them at 6” with those same lights for about a week then move them under more powerful lights

That’s actually a good light for seedlings. I too would start about six inches away. If your seedlings stretch, lower it, if too compact, raise it some. I wouldn’t use more then 2-3 weeks though.
