Its only on this one plant. I have examined it just to make sure I didnt see bugs. It doesnt look like thrips to me.
Its too uniform. It is in a 1 gallon so I was thinking maybe shes starting to get root bound? I did top her off with a tablespoon of dry nutes.
I pulled the plant and examined the whole plant up close and I do not see any signs of pests at all. It was only on this plant which makes me think its a deficiency or light.
Its also only on the leaves closest to the light.
This is that 3 sided Malawi so shes obviously a little different.
Do you have a scope? Some of those look like eggs to me…

Best match I can find for it is thrips but I’ve dealt with a thrip infestation and you would definitely see them on the plant and the damage wasnt anywhere near this consistent and unifirm across the plant
I don’t think it’s pests. More likely a nutrient deficiency (pale yellow dots on new growth). Give it a good fertilise and make sure the pH of any liquid fertiliser or plain water is around 6.0 - 7.0. If it’s above 7.0 it would point to a nutrient deficiency.
