What are you feeding? What is your PH and PPMs in and out?

I have another plant sitting right next to this one and its fine.
i do think my ph is high, but wouldn’t both plants show the same signs?
i have cal-mag and Jacks in my supplies
Is it limited to the lower leaves? How about pics of the whole plant?
Different plants, even from seeds of the same mother, will show different traits, and need different requirements. Gonna need a support ticket to dial in a diagnosis. Also, are the white spots all over? Or just limited to the damaged areas on the one plant?

Check the underside of your leaves really well. Use a magnification tool if you need to. Looks like there is some pest damage going on from those spots.

The overall appearance looks ok. Maybe a little hungry, but can’t say for sure. But it definitely looks like you have some thrip or mite damage.
both plants are under a grow light, 18/6
my hope was to use them as mother plants.
could it be they are too close to the lights?
Yes im pretty sure as @Borderryan22 saying looks like spider mites infestation magnifying glass is needed

Was going to recommend this, but thats basically the same thing! If it’s concentrated, mix at 1.5x strength

No leave it on for awhile make sure you get them they lay eggs also
