Not looking good - anything I can do?

Hi
First time grower. Just growing a few to see how it goes.
Germinated 3 seeds (Blue Dream Fem from ILGM) successfully. Planted in 3” jiffy pots with happy frog potting soil and nothing else. Goal was to get them outside by end of May and into my greenhouse (I live in the northeast US). They sprouted in a day and were looking ok. Put in soil on April 27th under a CFL 100 watt equiv - they were growing long so I moved the light closer after a few days.
I was spraying with water every day as it seemed the soil was getting dry quick and I heard they don’t need too much water. One of them had the shell stuck on it and I read not to take it off and that one didn’t make it unfortunately. The shell wouldn’t let the cotlyedon open up fully.
The other 2 started drooping / wilting a few days ago (not even sure which it is - dropping or wilting - see pic)
I don’t know how to save them or if they can be saved. I tried more water didn’t help.
Seedlings are kept inside in a guest room with my other crops under a light with a fan on low. Temp kept 68-70 Fahrenheit. I don’t have a humidity tester so I have no idea what humidity level is - I do have forced hot air could it be it’s too dry?
I have 2 more seeds I was going to save for next year as I didn’t want to mess them all up on the first try. Should I sprout them? Or is it too late?
And can my seedlings be saved?
Any help (please be kind tho) would be greatly appreciated.
Also - regarding the pics - one is from May 6 and the other is from today May 9. The plants in the back are other garden veggies.
Thanks
Lisa!

Oh and they are getting 18hr light on a timer. Forgot to add that.

I’d say you are over caring for em Which in turn you overwater then root rot starts. I have done the same thing before.

Agree it looks like damping off that has happened as a result of overwatering. They could use a little more light too. Lots of stretch.

Thanks - so they are dead huh?
Any advice other than grieve?

Too late to germ other 2 seeds today for decent growth this season here in Northeast US?
Too little light… How much light would you recommend for each seedling? I have read too much and it’s all so confusing and conflicting.
I am only interested in growing a few so not really trying to break the bank on lights…

The next time put a dome over them and spray the inside of dome and just dampen the soil a little. As far as the shell stuck on just spray shell with some water and let set for awhile and pick it off with a needle, if hard to get off spray again

Should I not even moisten soil before putting germinated seed in ? At what point do you remove the dome? And then do you not water at all once the dome is placed? Doesn’t it need circulation of air?

I just spray the soil just enough to get it damp and then just spray dome after. Just let dome set on soil never had a problem with them not getting air. Let them get about the size of your veggies in the back ground of picture and you should be good to go

Don’t go by the look of my soil in picture these are clones I took awhile back and I just watered them. I put dome over one to give you an ideal

I’m going to start a few more and see how they take.
Germ
plant in damp soil
Spray inside of dome
Cover with dome and leave alone until they have 4/5 true leaves?
More light you think? I have 2 plants under a 100w equiv cfl bulb.
One last ? -
When is a good time to move them outside? A certain size or a certain length of time? I plan on putting them in fabric pots in a small greenhouse. Our longest day of daylight is the end of June.

Welcome brother!

You will have to spray inside dome a few times a day.

This is what I used when I first started growing, just cut the top off a led bulb and put one over each plant about 15” this should get you by until ready for outside. Put them in greenhouse when weather permits

Or something like this made it out of an old bathroom fixture

This is what I have now
