If pro is opposite of con, then what is the opposite of progress?
Retrogression? Lol

Soak these seeds overnight then dropped on 1/8/19. Used peat pots and topped with a bit of coconut coir. Misted a little twice a day with the exception of today (still a bit wet). Kept in steady temperature 66-68 at night and 73-75 during the day. Under 1000w led until today, now under 2000w. Still covered with dome. The first one started to pop on 1/10, the second 1/11 and today starting to see the rest. There are five in this grow.
Finalized the soil mix today and prepared the 5 5 gallon cloth pots.
MIX: (Used Gallon Pot for measure)
7 Gallons Coconut Coir
7 Gallons Compost
1 Gallon Vermiculite
2 Gallon Perlite
2 Gallon Crushed Pumice
10 Tablespoons Bat Guano
10 Pounds Earthworm Castings
1/4 Cup Blood Meal
–Mixed Well, checked PH => 6.0
Added 10 Tablespoons of Dolomite Lime
Makes about 3 5Gallon Pots

Originally planned on using a small utility room but could not control the humidity properly without radical modification, went with a 4 x 8 tent with a 6" carbon filter and fan. Oil heater and automatic humidifier up to 60%.
The opposite of Progress… Congress.
Ha, good one!
Oh boy ain’t that the truth!
Watching. Northern lights was on my list for outdoors but I think Super Skunk won out.
NL is a great choice: Easy to grow and a fine smoke.
Happy to hear it is easy to grow ![]()
So I only had 2 seeds sprout, the first was the only viable. The second seed that sprouted got stuck in it’s husk and perished. I do know what I did wrong. I soaked the seeds overnight. It just wasn’t long enough. I needed to follow the instructions (which I did not notice until after I had attempted to germinate these) and soak until the tails started to appear.
I have Blueberry Haze Auto that I dropped today, so I will be more careful to wait before putting them in the peat pots.
The first one to sprout had a bunch of roots protruding from the peat pots so moved to a fabric grow pot yesterday. It is looking great and has it’s second set of true leaves starting.
That said, I had too much water in the small bowl I was soaking in, so when I went to drain off some, I drained one of the new seeds into the garbage disposal. Sure am learning some lessons.
I’m not totally screwing this up, I have one plant growing nicely. Ordered some Jack Herer Auto flower just in case.
Northern Lights was my first grow and it ROCKED! High yield, and a fantastic smoke. Everyone in my inner circle. Had fallen in love with this strain. Happy growing!!! ![]()

Thanks. I’ll post pictures of the one girl soon.
Of the blueberry seeds, the 4 I had left after losing one down the disposal, three of them split open, I put them in peat pots 2 days ago and 2 of them are sprouting today. So now this grow has the one Northern Lights, and possibly 2 Blueberry Haze, all autos about 2 weeks behind.
I consistently grow NL and love it. Easy grow, great smoke, and super sticky buds. Just keep calmag levels up and she will thrive. Also, the shorter flower time is nice too. The citrus pine smell is awesome during flower. They are some smelly girls towards the end of there flower.
Oh yes they are!!! But damn is it a fabulous strain to both grow and smoke!
@Blazin_Skywalker did your whole place smell like citrus and skunk?
Mine did, along with a hint if pine
Yep. Everyone who’s had it falls in love with it. One friend told me if there was a local cannabis cup, I’d win ![]()
