Plenty have chimed with solid info. Check a few posted threads. @Nicky is a solid dude with EXCELLENT knowledge. It’ll open a few rabbit holes just reading his posts.
2 pieces of advice from me?
On the lighting. Use the hand test. Put ur hand above the plants. If it’s too warm for your hand, it’s too warm for your plants. Seedlings doubly so. Also keep a watchful eye. Couple of hours will tell the story.
And second? Research research research. We are all a bunch a potheads. Take every word with a grain of salt and look into it yourself. Not everything can by confirmed be research, but if you look into the subject, u can decide if the info was correct for your grow and style or not. Myself (especially) included.
