It’s alitte behind my other sprout but only has 2 round leaves super tiny of the others was wondering if it be ok?

Yep looks good. The round leaves are called cotyledons. They are the food source for sprouts. Once the plant has eaten all of the nutrients out of them they will yellow and die off.

I was the same on my first grow. All I wanted was at least one plant to live to give me an ounce. Was scared pretty badly. Ended up with 7 oz from 4 autos
You are in the right place for help.
Listen for commonalities and trends. After you get one grow under your belt, the stress on future grows drops dramatically

It seems to me like a strange combination of treating them good but also treating them badly.
What I mean is:
Treat them Good: give them enough light, enough food when they need it, and plenty of air flow
Treat them Badly: tie them down (lst) against their will, don’t water until they practically wilt… then water them fully, pull off their bottom leaves once they flower

Geez gonna be scared of the trimming part. Brother in law told me not to trim a auto they gonna get stress and slow down growth but I see other ppl putting them in a crazy torture rack and the plant looks like it pleading for it’s life lol

One thing I learned: Cannabis growth is exponential during the seedling and vegetative phases.
Therefore, don’t get discouraged if at 3 weeks your plants are only the size of your hand. Exponential means extremely slow early growth and extremely high growth at the end.
The way I think about it that the leaves double in area every 5 days. This means that a pea sized leaf will only be 2 pea sizes big in 5 days… which is still very tiny. Conversely, later near the end of the growing phase …a dinner plate sized plant will also double in 5 days… but become the size of a trashcan lid. Both doubled… but the seedling almost looks like it did not grow at all in the early stages.

This is where I’m at right now just transferred the one in 5 gallon last night gonna let the roots build more on other next couple days then transplant. It’s gonna be a tight fit but it will work lol

Lol I used it to raise the cup same height as the other plant for light distance til I transplant
