Seedling Help First Grow

First time growing this is a day old is this normal

Perfectly normal, light watering…a shot glass is plenty. Over watering a seedling can dampen off and kill the tap root

As you keep growing you will see all sorts of wonky seedlings. And they all seem to grow out of it. I have had a couple sprout and not make it, but most do grow out of it. There’s a thread I saw yesterday with several pics of weird seedlings. Ill will post a link if I can find it.

My seedling doesn't have its first serrated leaves, mostly. Advice?

These are the best pics I have from today; it’s so small in there. She sprouted yesterday and opened her cotyledon leaves yesterday late afternoon. What appears to be the first set of serrated leaves are sooo tiny and they seem to be infused into the cotyledon leaves. This is my fourth plant; my other seedlings have opened up with their small serrated leaves easily visible and distinct. Prognosis? Give her more time? [20211022_091619] [20211022_091819]
