No dont use that too much nitrogen the bio calmal has a lil less i think like 3%nit. Not 100% sure will check in am when lights are on its in my room where my tent at its all kinds of that you can use i think roots organic has some with lot less. Hold on @fano_man can you help with the cal-mag and nitrogen products i saw you was explaining it in detail in Nicky post and im positive you can help in that area better than me @Four20 yeah just water when dry and some form of cal-mag
Awesome. Yea the GO cal mag I used is 1-0-0. Thank you
You got what you need .
Calimagic from general hydroponics has 1%
Botanicare has calmag has 2%
Emerald harvest has 2%
There’s other ways to get calcium and magnesium but I prefer emerald harvest its calcium source is calcium acetate a superior form of calcium then calcium nitrate which the other 2 use use solely
Also emerald harvest has kelp extract kelp grows up to 6 ft a day and has unique hormones known to accelerate growth rates so its +++
They are all aimed tword canabis brewing there a bunch of calmag supplements that are purposed for other trees citrus palms cactus all require different ratios so I would go with a canabis specific to lower the unneeded nitrogen nitrogen is necessary in the process that’s y its present but to much can cause issues during grow and final product high nitrogen content weed can taste grassy or hay like and never will be able to cure out to a great taste it will get better but not where you want it to be ![]()

GO Cal Mag won’t hurt… it’s pretty hard to ID on Cal Mag
Yeah watch the N content especially once flowering starts
Awesome sounds good. I appreciate it.
Thank you for.
Hey just wanted to post some more pics. I stopped messing with them after I broke the main stem but today I went ahead and tied it down because it was getting so bushy. Let me know your thoughts. They still seem to look ok. They don’t look better or worse. But I did see some holes in a couple leaves that I attached a pic of. Thank you guys
I dont know much about holes in leaves. But i can say check the under side of your leaves to make sure you dont have any pest/ bugs eating at your plants let me ask aroundand tag some other people into your post.
It kind of just looks like damage from handling them. Always best to check for critters though.
…also a little ‘squatty’ maybe raising your lights will make her stretch.
@merlin44 @CoyoteCody @Holmes can yall help with holes in plants and help with getting him through this grow. Im still new to growing myself and don’t want to steer him wrong. @Four20 these are some awesome growers here that can help you a Lil better than i can and don’t mind helping
@Caligurl gave some solid advice, it appears to me like you could have damaged a few of the leaves when handling, but like she said, watch them for more and look for any bugs. I would also recommend raising the lights just a couple inches to get them to start stretching up a little. I like about 2 inches between node spacing, some like more some like less, but anywhere from 1.5 to 2 inches is good for me.
Yeah @Caligurl always give solid advice she is awesome. I myself didnt know for sure my first thought was possible bugs but wasn’t sure and didnt want to tell him wrong cause i know that i read somewhere else on here that there was other things that make holes in plant wasn’t sure what that something else was.
Do you get the leaves wet at all?..if you do dont with high intensity lights on … if your gonna do foliar spray of any kind food for insecticide… do treatment just before lights out … light refracts in bead on the leaves and makes for a magnifying glass and will burn holes usually has some brown around the hole but it’s possible
It could be a few things, @fano_man hit another good one, water on leaves with high intensity lights can burn holes in your leaves.
Awesome thank you. So I did raise the lights this morning and increased the light to 60% @Treasurestoy that may be something you could advice me since we have a similar light. I did go to the store and buy some sticky traps and also bought some GO bio bud. Do you guys think that would be beneficial to use with the GO cal mag when watering? @fano_man I don’t spray them or anything just feed the soil ph’d water and GO cal mag which I wasn’t doing in the beginning. Just the past week or so @CoyoteCody thanks for joining in. I was trying to make a a simple grow and literally water only. So now I’m kind of going back and forth to the store to get stuff and just need to be prepared next time and maybe go a different route. I don’t really know too many people on here or how to work the site very well so thats why I tag @Caligurl and @Treasurestoy a lot and you’ve both helped me the most along the way which I really do appreciate.
