Originally started outdoors but in AZ summer thinking I could protect them under the shade but the heat here is on another level lol anyways started a new grow setup in my closet. I’m using the mars hydro t600 which has been a great bang for the buck. I even threw some old jalepeno seeds under the light and they’ve been thriving. End of Week 4 or 5. Gave all girls their first feeding with foxfarms wholly mackeral fish fert. Did some LST on 3 of the girls (Stress killer, northern lights and what’s either a northern lights or a chembomb auto I planted both seeds in outdoor garden bed before leaving for a week and forgetting to label. Upon returning I found only one of the 2 planted seeds had sprouted but the AZ heat is still brutal so I transplanted her inside where she is thriving but a little stunted. Is my LST ok? Did I bend the main stems too much or not enough? Too low or high up stem? Any input is greatly appreciated
Happy Growing Everyone!
Looks good
You can tighten it up daily till ya get her where ya want
Awesome, thank you for the input @StonedCold13. Will definitely tighten them daily to where their not too tall in the closet. I plan on putting a few outdoors in October when this AZ sun cools down. I’m trying to find a good balance between feeding enough without over or under feeding. Forgot to mention there’s also a small fan blowing above the light to dissipate heat/circulate air in bedroom closet but my bedroom stays fairly cool so closet temps get from 78-85 degrees with humidity from 40-60 if I use my humidifier on full blast.
You’ll find the balance
If you need you can continue tieing the lead shout around the pot.
I believe @kaptain3d has a cool illustration of that
Day 26 of cheese autoflower should they be flowering? This strain normally has 65-70 days harvest period

Like I’m doing here?
Hard to tell here, but the main stem is on the left and I “walked” her around a third of the pot so far…
That’s the way
I thought you had a picture that showed Step 1 step 2 all the way around
No telling where I seen it but it’s stored in the bean
Wow that’s awesome @kaptain3d @StonedCold13 I had no idea you could “walk” the plant around while keeping them short. Thank you both very much for this great tip. I’m definitely going to tie the lead shoot around the pot as it grows.
Your plants are looking great. I grew this a few months ago, it never got to be
2 ft tall and netted me 7.5 oz. It was a photo and topped once. I used LST as @kaptain3d is doing. I pulled them out, keeping space between each stalk. I had very little larf on this plant. So short plants can produce if you train them. Good luck on your grow .
This was an ILGM AK47.
Dude that first pic looks like there was an injury. That’s tape, right? If I’m seeing it right. She recovered nicely
Yes. I broke her open when I supercropped her. That’s teflon tape. I like it because it stretches with the new growth…
I didn’t think that was even possible. Thanks @kaptain3d
Myyy Man
Can’t wait for the book
Just split my stem down to the zip ties
Glad I had a catch net
Nice! That’s a great bushy looking plant exactly what I was going for when they get bigger. Thank you for the tip! Should I LST the other side branches or just stick to doing the main stems?
Thank you @patrick1960 Nice! Wow I didn’t know you could keep a photoperiod plant under 2 feet that’s one of the reasons I’m hesitant to grow a photo is keeping the size smaller for stealth but I just might germ one of the Dance World CBD photo seeds I got last week and practice LST on it. Thank you for the great tip and encouragement!
omg @merlin44 I’ll get brave enough to “rough train” my plants like this someday o
may I ask what the styrofoam on the side is for
Yes, that’s what I did too…
