Need some help, VERY new to this

Here are some of my observations:

More than likely you do not have enough light.

Not knowing your soil media it’s hard to offer any guidance there other than the fact plant is suffering from Nitrogen deficiency. At this point the plant needs a jolt of Phosphorus and Potassium (NPK). I would actually suggest something like General Hydroponics Grow, Micro and Bloom:

When working with liquid nutes you will need to have a couple of decent tools: a bucket to mix, mixing spoon, a liquid measure and both TDS and PH meters. The last items are probably the most important tools you can own.

This is a decent unit: you can get some that are way cheaper but they are inaccurate and fail fairly quickly.

You will also need PH up and down, and storage solution for your PH meter. (unit must be stored in a 4.01 PH solution so the bulb doesn’t dry out)

Here is my current journal: check it out and ask questions.
