Need help diagnosing pest?

My first auto. Haven’t been able to find any bugs using my jeweler’s loop.
Using fox farm HF and OF mix with some grow dots.
I baked the soil since last time I used it I had a variety of bugs including spider mites
Sure looks like I still have some sort of bugs.
The tent and equipment was thoroughly
disinfected and sat empty for several weeks so can’t imagine any carry over from last grow.
Appreciate any help.

Need better pictures. Blurry pattern shown looks like thrips. As for the soil Sitting empty for weeks. That makes no difference to many pests who go dormant inside pot debris until conditions are met.

Hope these are better pics.
I really appreciate your reply.
The soil was baked.

After I had bleached down the tent, that’s what set dormant. Let the tent set empty with interior sprayed down with permethrin for several weeks.

I might not have baked the soil well enough. I did 200 degrees f for about 30 minutes. I saw a couple of fungus gnats (on a yellow sticky sheet) so that makes me doubt my baking technique.

It doesn’t really look like you have pests. It is common to see some discoloration during veg. I would just keep a close eye on the plant like you’ve been doing.

Agreed. The new pix seem to show water/moisture or sweat drops lensing burns.

Happy Growing

I thought I saw some leaf hoppers so I put sticky plants in the soil and caught these.

Are these harmful? (Location: Southern California)

These look like black specs to the naked eye btw

Looks like a springtail pupa
