Should i do both or the one that is more worse and they were in peat select in the very begining
Go for both.
What about seedlings they are twisting a bit do you think they can go in red cups and one seedling just fell over so i have to transplant one
Just bury the stem up to the leaves, and it’ll be okay. Lower the light a few inches to keep stretch down.
Burry it half way up the stem, dont makenthe leaves flush with the dirt. They shouldnt be on the ground. You can also prop them up with wire if need be. I find with little ones its always better to water less than you think you should. When I first started, any time I saw a plant do stupid stuff I figures the cure would be water.
Mostly watering just made matters worse. If they look happy let em ride! If they look sad and wilty ask
yourself if they could be overwatered before you water.
Now that said, my Johaar leaves are so big they drag on the ground as they have nowhere else to be! Lol
Looks like they have you covered. Should be fine in a couple days when shock waves off.
Oh and Welcome to ILGM community !!!
Thank you all so much i appreciate you ive been letting them dry and only watering the seedlings they perked right up in the morning
Also i uave a question about ph i brew my own tea for the blants using worm castings and constant hours of stirring and boiling:rofl: my ph in the castings is 7.0 but going up a bit and my waters i just refilled today so i let them sit for 24 hours before use are there anyways you guys know of of naturally lowering the ph and whats the best ph for optimal nutrient intake and growth ect
General Hydroponics makes a good product for lowering PH.
I personally use the concentrated version of GH down.
Phosphoric acid. I purchased a quart and it’ll last practically forever. Takes about 10 drops In two gallons to lower the ph a few points.
Some people use lemon juice, but I don’t recommend vinegar.
You can also get an air pump and a bubbler to pump air into the solution which will bring ph down as well. @888Mikael
@Covertgrower where do you get this at.
@Bulldognuts local hydro shop I’ll have to grab a picture when I get home. I don’t remember the brand I purchased. I think it was around $15.
I just looked on their website, but it sucks.
Fresh lemon juice
Soil sweet spot for pH is6.5
Noticed that the yellowing is continuing to spread should i flush again the two big girls havent had water all day since the flush yesterday @Drinkslinger
Normally folks mean something like using lemon juice or etc. when they ask for natural. I myself think using those sort of things is unstable.
I choose to use General Hydroponics ph Up and Down. How you get to the basic acid or alkaline is not as important as stability. I don’t want pH to drift and GH is fast, effective and stable.
Good evening grow family i dropped 3 new seeds and i followed the instructions for the flush and the big girls perked right up but now im noticing spots on the leaves and the one on the right has yellowing to its leaves i havent been nuting them and ph is almost at 8 i know the sweet spot is 6.5 or 6.0 is good? Correct me if im wrong. My girl on the left is giving off some aroma and i was wondering based upon thier height/number of nodes could all of you tell me if i can start training and what type for max yield and trichome production if possible
i need all the tips tbh:100:
