Do a search on Facebook marketplace. In my area there are a lot of choices for good prices.
As you know, Lights are the most important resource for indoor growing.
The HLG’s outperform my Vipar Spectra’s and yes they cost more.
They also grow more with better temps for indoor (except Artic circle where supplemental heating is required). Penny wise and dollar foolish, comes to mind. My China Cheapies, were not cheap and now are not worth paying to ship somewhere. The good news, is that they work well for seedlings and clones (not big buds, IMO).

Depending on your location FB Marketplace has a lot of lights. Good ones. Cheap. Failed grows,open box etc. Many will say it just wasnt for them and not be lying. I would look there. In this economy 200.00 cash goes a long way in private transactions. Everyone is broke and a light in the closet pays no gas, buys no food.
