So long as the soil is depleted then you should be able to use it for regular watering, as for the concentration you may find what you need in this thread.

Jacks 321, whats your experience, info?

I have used Jacks 321 and now TAP for my current grow for two years. I follow Jack’s published feeding schedule for both 321 and TAP. I grow in coco and perlite. I run a couple autopots and also top feed a plant or two. There are a lot of us out here. I initially started using the 3.6 / 2.4 / 1.2 standard mix. But then everyone seemed to modify it and tweaking it so eventually decided to use the published schedule. No issues using it other than I have to either add Epsom or not decrease it…
