You keeping busy ain’t you brother man

@Lostgirl , I am. After this weekend, real life, and a new work project will have to take priority over this growing obsession.
My run off on one of the plants in the flower tents is up over 1400 (900 going in) so this weekend I think I will mix up enough half strength nutrients to flush her down to a acceptable level.
Other than that, The plant with the split stem and broken branches last night didn’t seem to miss a beat, and looks like nothing ever happened today. So I changed the light schedule to 6am to 6pm and going to proceed with the flip. That will be 8 weeks from sprout.
Any thoughts?
How re you doing? Are you enjoying a little more free time? Do you have other hobbies you are enjoying? Any new grows going?

1400 ppm is slightly high but it’s not off the charts. Try going in at 600 PPM when your next feed with plenty of runoff.

I broke in my fair share of stems, even snapped the main cola completely off of a monster Auto flower.

Believe it or not I reattached it within seconds of it breaking all I had available was my daily vitamin gummies in a little medicine cup that I was ready to take. I melted the gummies slightly with a cigarette lighter and spread the sticky gummies all the way around the amputation. I took two pencils and stretchy tape (like this stuff they give you when you get a needle) and lo and behold the plant healed itself. It continued to grow fat buds but unfortunately the stress forced her to hurt me and she was full of seeds but the weed was fantastic and the seeds simply an added bonus as I never have to buy Do-si-do seeds ever again. And yes the seeds grow feminized and autoflower I’ve done it twice

Seed drop 1/11/25, 3x Cherry Cola Auto, 3x Strawberry Gorilla Auto. 2 of each will hopefully make the cut.
My first Autoflower run. 24 hours soak, then into Root Riot cubes in 65/35 coco/perl solo cups. plain water (half RO and half tap) ph’d to 6.5.

1/12/25 update tent #2 Jelly Donutz (left and middle), Fat Bastard (right) are doing well about a week after light flip. 900ppm going in, 850-930ppm coming out.

Tent #1, 5 weeks after flip, 3 weeks in flower. These are starting to struggle with runoff numbers. 930ppm going in, 1350-1450ppm coming out. Tip burn a bit above the acceptable (to me) level. I think it might be time to give them a good flush with a lower ppm nutrient solution until I can get the runoff down to input numbers.
Any advise will definitely be welcome. Both runs getting AN ph perfect Master bloom recipe.

“Maybe next year will be our year”.

Ain’t that the truth! On the positive side…Darnold will much more affordable when he goes for free agency.

I doubt he’ll even be taking many snaps next year. May as well see how JJ Mcarthy can do.

Some wee ones arrived about 3 days ago now. @4 hours soak, then about 24-36 hours until these 4 popped their heads out. One helmet head that needed my assistance. @ are a no show, but fortunately, there are 2 of each Strawberry Gorilla and Cherry Cola that showed, and that was the ultimate goal. Hopefully they all pull through this delicate time. (they got their domes back after the pic)

It’s been a long time since an update. Real life hasn’t given me the time for posting.
Tent #1, 6 weeks in flower. Future 1 an the left and right, Bubba Kush in the middle. The two Future 1s are turning into foxtail monsters. The Bubba Kush has Longer buds filling out.

Tent #2, Two Jelly Donutz, Left and middle, Fat Bastard on the right. At 2 full weeks in flower and it seems the stretch may have slowed or stopped just in the nick of time. I suspect there will still be some super cropping to do. I may have to do the 21 day trim and lollipop this weekend. I’m hoping to get some advise on this. Please?

And finally, my failing attempt at two Cherry Cola Autos, And two Strawberry Gorilla Autos. They are 3 weeks from sprout and it was against my better judgement to even transplant them this morning. Funny thing about these, I’ve never seen the insane amount of roots they had for such a tiny plant. Oh well. Nobody can call me a quitter.

On Deck (if I pull the plug on the wee ones)

@Zampano , @Lostgirl Hey, I thought I would let you know how my popping is going with these ILGM Granite Haze F5 Autos.
I started the soak in a cup of water with a cap full of Hydrogen peroxide on Saturday (2/1/25) at 8pm. Moved them to the solo cups at about 2 or 3pm on Sunday even though none had noticeable tails, and put their domes on. As of today I am 5 for 6 so far. I think I can see the 6th stem curl just under the surface.
The lower left looks like I feel most days, bent over in the middle.
Lower right looks like a helmet head with no helmet.
Here’s a question, as soon as I saw the first one starting to break ground, I turned the propagator light on. Was that too soon?

Ive had mine on since the start. I want them to see light right away.

Agree. My thinking was I wanted to avoid Stretch Armstrong.

I use domes, till they touch the leaves or need to top dress up to cotyledons.

Yep, I’ve got domes on them, and I’ll follow that plan to keep them on until the seedlings touch them.
