The early weeks for autos are the most important. They don’t have the recovery window photos have, so over watering, or cold temps, all that nit picky stuff, can slow them down big time. Do any topping as soon as you feel they’re ready. I’ve had autos wait 8 weeks to flower under 18/6. I’ve also had a couple start transition in less than 3, with 1 throwing pistils at 13 days.

Also, in my experience, they will be in flower right at about 2 weeks after first pistils. Not always, but pistils are a great indicator to get your bloom nutes on deck lol.

Feed them as photos. 18/6 or 20/4 the whole grow is just fine. And try to do all trimming and clipping in one or two big swoops throughout the grow, not a bunch of little ones. Gotta remember that small recovery window.

Ya man, that’s fine. I mean, technically you can do the whole run 24/0, but it’s always good to give them a little bit of rest. I haven’t done an auto only grow in a while, but I just go with 18/6.

Congrats on the sprouts and new room Grow Bro, I did something very similar. Started as a grow room and ended up as a lung room for several tents :love_you_gesture:

Basically what I’m doing using as a lung room..

This will be way better to maintain temps and humidity..

Nice, I grew in an unconditioned garage for several years before I could get the lung room built :love_you_gesture:

Little update been about a week since first four seeds popped.
Two more popped the next day.
Had two that didn’t pop open till 2 days after the last ones.
So have 8 total
Here they are.

The three on the right are the late bloomers.
Let me know how they look.
I raised the light a little thought the tips were burnt.

I grew several years outside.
But now strictly inside because of heat and lots of rain.. we moved south..totally different weather.
The room is working out great..
I have Indoor AC hooked up venting up into the attic.

So far so good.
Working great.

Nice work, controlling the environmental conditions is the most challenging part for grow runs :love_you_gesture:

So things are progressing pretty good.
They are about a week and a half from spout.
Going to transplant four of them into 5 gallon pots tomorrow.
They should be happy in the final pots.

Let me know what you think..

Sounds like a solid plan to me

Do you think it’s worth keeping the others in solo cups or should I just get rid of the others.
I’ve never grown a plant strictly in a solo cup.
But I see lots of them on here.

Depends on what you wanna do with them, you can grow them in the solos if you’d like

Think I’ll give them a try in the solo cups.
Hopefully won’t take away from the ones I pot in the 5gal bags..
