This is my 1st grow weed and hoping to find my couches here 
. i want to do it smoothly. Im just watching videos on youtube and reading some comments. Luckily i found this wonderful community and i know guys you will help me to grow my little baby here. But the problem here is im not living in legal country, so trying to do it stealthily. And rigth now our city is in lockdown coz of virus spreading so i dont really have now the best for my plant. I have unknown seed and potting mix soil and i just use the insect repellent light . I place it in the morning outside and when the sun is set ill bring her inside and light her up till 4am. I just want my baby not to grow taller but it gets a good result. Thanks in advance.

Welcome ! The first picture I see some tracking on one of the leafs. Looks like maybe an insect check backside of the leaf. Overall plant looks good. Hopefully it won’t be long you can get it outside and leave it.

Looks like leaf miners. On that one leaf. The other circled one also has something attacking it.
It could be the insect light actually attracting insect TO the plant. It’s also the hazard of bringing plants outdoors. Do you happen to have neem oil, or spinosad on hand?
I’m also not sure about the spectrum that bug zapper light puts out. You might be better off with a desk lamp and a “cool white” bulb while indoors.

I know bug zappers emit a lot of UV light to attract insects. UV is not something I’d want near me for too long.
Plus a cfl would be cheaper to run until you’re fully ready for the outdoors.

Tnx @kellydans @Drinkslinger! I saw a tiny white insect under the leaf and remove it. Now im checking them everytime. And yeah i saw that neem oil in so many topic i didnt try it yet but i will. For now dont have resources to change my light so i keep on checking it till i got my new light.
One more thing, i dont want this to grow taller And thinking bout topping it. When do you think is the time to do it? Tnx again guys! Really appreciate it! 
Once ur fourth set of leaves comes in is a decent time to top
