@Audiofreak Did you ever get the moisture meter? Are you going by stem or bud?
Not sure if I should have tagged you if I replied so if you get double notices sorry
Yes. Stick anodes into the bud itself NOT the stem.
Worked fantastic gonna use it again in a few weeks. It was dead on BTW trimmed at 11% ,bagged and tossed in a hydrometer and next morn. it was reading between 58/62%. Yhat was last March, and they still read the same. Perfect cure for me.
I also picked up a general meter but the display is different. The buds show a low of 9.5 percent but the stems are 15% and the tiny ones still don’t snap.
I know it is only day six at 68F and 53RH. Thanks
Ps I left the leaves on for slower cure so maybe that is why.
Ignore the stems. Bud only count. Trim at 10/12%.
My meter has different setting for different types of wood , which one do you use (pine maple ,etc ) ?
The one i have has no options so im not sure. I know it has been addressed in this in the “grove bag” thread. But worse case just call grove bags customer service and they will help! Very good people.
