I water my plant everyday. If the EC is below 1.0 i will feed nutes then just water with PHed water and calmag until EC to drops below 1.0.
My question is can/should i be including the micro nutes with the PHed water/calmag waterings?
I am curious as to the age and size of the plant. An EC of 1.0 is 500 (or 700 depending on scale) which is quite low unless the plant is 3 - 4 weeks of veg.
Also, what micros and source.

Plants require certain micro and macronutrients to thrive. Although plants do not need micronutrients in the same concentration as the meat-and-potatoes macronutrients, they are just as important for plant growth, development and biomass production. Micronutrients iron (Fe), boron (B), manganese (Mn), zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), and molybdenum (Mo) are all essential to produce healthy plants. With the recommended rates of micronutrients being smaller in comparison to macronutrients (nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), and sulfur (S)), it is easy for growers to overapply them.
@beardless now im curious. Is there a “kit” avail to test for individual nutrients and the ppm of each? Or is it one you would need to send off a sample of medium to be tested?
I do not know the answer. Most micros are part of the base nutrient. Jack’s Nutrients has a product called MOST (mix of soluble traces). JR Peters offers quite a few Elementals.

I feed at EC1.2 and am 4th week after flipping. I use Green Planet 1 and 2 and use their schedule. They suggest a EC1.6 at this stage. Although on my last grow following the schedule my EC got as high as 3.2 and i had to flush twice so i am sorta shy on increasing EC. When in Veg i was feeding EC1.0 and regularly getting EC0.6 runoff. When i increased to EC1.2 i noticed it takes two or three PHed waterings just to get to an EC0.9 With her in flower i sorta expected a faster uptake of nutes but it doesnt seem as that is happening.

Actually it sounds somewhat familiar. I had used Jack’s 321 for quite a while and this time I changed to Jack’s TAP. It is supposed to be more accommodating if using well and tap water. I’m not sure if it is the plants or the nutrient change but I am running them at much lower feed PPM than I am accustomed to. When well into flower I used to push 1000 - 1200 regularly. While this run it is more like 700 - 800. Even with the low PPM one plant’s finger nails are singed. So I’m not pushing it. 35 days since flip.
Im not aware of a kit to test this, but there are lots of places that you can send a sample to for testing. You may be able to find this on manufacturers labels or even from app like hydrobuddy too.
